(CAD 2D, CAD 3D, FEM, CFD) for the design of plants, forehearths and
furnaces with a capacity of up to 500 tonnes/day.
F.O.R.T.E. Srl can also supply the Customer with complete plants (such
as design and supply of ‘turn-key’ boosting systems),
certified machines and equipment as well as furnace, distributor and
forehearth automation. They can also provide technical consultancy
for optimizing furnace physical processes.
F.O.R.T.E. Srl carry out partial or ‘turn-key’ furnace
repairs ranging from demolition, rebuild, hot service and commissioning.

and exhaust gas emissions. From which, the F.O.R.T.E. Srl technical
department is very experienced in producing innovative solutions for
minimizing production costs and maximizing productivity, product quality
and furnace life.
Among the new technical proposals, F.O.R.T.E. Srl have developed a
system that automatically adjusts the furnace and forehearth set points.
This system can quickly and autonomously adapt to physical process
changes (raw material impurities, production changes, manufacturing
process anomalies).
